In Germany, we employ a nationwide network of sales representatives.

We place great value on personal, trusting, and absolutely reliable collaboration with our partners. Our sales representatives are not just contact persons, but above all the brand ambassadors for the brands we distribute. They convey the brand's values and identity to the outside world and are crucial to our relationships with our customers. Through their expertise, commitment, and close collaboration with decision-makers, they ensure that the brand is optimally represented and that the product ranges are successfully positioned in the retail outlets.

Core responsibilities of sales staff:

Product presentation: Sales staff present the product both in retail outlets and to key decision-makers to ensure the product is well understood and optimally positioned.

Product and product range training: Training to deepen knowledge of the product and the entire product range so that colleagues in the retail sector can provide competent advice to consumers.

Negotiations: Sales staff are responsible for negotiating sales activities, such as promotional measures, shop-in-shop solutions, special space placements, and special promotions, to maximize product range visibility and sales.

Maintenance of replenishment data: Sales staff help maintain the data basis for automated replenishment to avoid bottlenecks or overstocks.

New POS installations: Support in setting up new sales areas or point-of-sale (POS) installations to optimally present the product range.

Documentation and competitive analysis: Sales representatives are also responsible for collecting data on sales figures and competitive activities in order to adapt strategies and improve market position.
